The Crater Of Vix
The Crater of Vix is a 1.64 meter, 1100liter, bronze wine basin of Greek or Etruscan workmanship. It was found in the tomb of a 6th century BCE Celtic princess near Vix. It can be found at the Musee du Chatillonais, at Chatillon-sur-Seine. (Photo Credit) (Photo Credit) (Photo Credit) (Photo Credit)
